Loxley's Lodge provides self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people in the heart of Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood. The Lodge is located approximately 1 mile down a single track lane off the A614 trunk road. This affords easy access to a variety of tourist attractions, activities and a large network of cycle tracks and woodland walks whilst also offering a secluded, private and peaceful base from which to enjoy the forest.

Internally, the log beams create a unique and tranquil atmosphere whilst the underfloor heating and log burner will ensure you stay cozy and warm in the coldest of winters. A complimentary bag of logs is provided but further bags can be purchased for £4 per bag (cost price).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a fully equipped kitchen which incorporates a built in oven and hob, an eye-level microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. The main bathroom has a bath with shower above and there is an additional walk-in shower in the en-suite.

The lodge has 3 bedrooms with an en-suite attached to the master bedroom. There are televisions in the living area and in all 3 bedrooms, all with Freesat and DVD players (Blu-ray player in the living area). Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as either twins or doubles (Superking size) whilst the master bedroom features a Kingsize log bed. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor except for one bedroom which is upstairs.

Outside, there is ample private parking for 3 cars, a 6 person hot-tub, a gas barbeque and a covered seating area.
