PETS
There will be no additional fees for up to 3 pets. Please ask if you have more than 3 pets as this will usually be accommodated with prior agreement. A £10 charge per additional pet per stay will apply.
Please bring your own bedding or throws if you want your pets to have access to the bedrooms. Otherwise, I respectfully ask that you do not allow your pets in the bedrooms.
Peak rate = School and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter). Please contact us for prices.

*3 night minimum stay as standard however, subject to availability, it may be possible to accommodate stays of 2 nights but a minimum 3 night charge will apply.

TO BOOK
Please check availability using the calendar below. 'Available' or 'No events' means the date is available to book. Alternatively, contact Liz to check availability and book. Payment accepted by bank transfer.
Once a booking is confirmed, it will be reserved for 48 hours pending receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost. The balance is due in full 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of holiday commencement must be paid in full within 48 hours of booking.
A £100 refundable security deposit is due at the time of paying the final balance.
CANCELLATIONS
Within 48 hours of booking
100% refund provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund if the check-in date is between 7 & 14 days away.
