Please note the extra charge for dogs is to cover additional cleaning costs only and is not subject to any discounts available at any give time. It is not intended to cover the cost of any damage caused. We therefore respectfully request that dogs are not allowed on the settee, in the bedrooms and particularly not on the beds. 

Peak rate = School and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter). Please contact us for prices.

*3 night minimum stay as standard however, subject to availability, it may be possible to accommodate stays of less than 3 nights. Minimum charges will apply.

TO BOOK

Please contact us either by phone or email to check avalability and book. We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit/debit card through the 'Pay Now' Paypal button on this page however, please do not attempt to pay until you have received confirmation that your chosen dates are available and that your booking request has been confirmed.

Once a booking is confirmed, it will be reserved for 48 hours pending receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost. The balance is due in full 10 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 10 weeks of holiday commencement must be paid in full within 48 hours of booking.

A £100 refundable security deposit is due at the time of paying the final balance.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be refunded in full provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations provided the check in date is at least 7 days away. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
